Every service below is handled by our own team at our Mount Juliet pharmacy. Each one links to a page with the full details, and you can combine them: a transferred prescription can be filled, synchronized with your other refills and delivered in one trip.
We prepare non-sterile compounded medications in-house from your provider’s prescription: custom-strength capsules, topical creams and gels, and flavored oral liquids for adults, children and pets. We also fill low dose naltrexone (LDN). We do not compound sterile injectables. Most compounds are ready within a few business days.
Prescription delivery is free within 30 miles of our pharmacy, Monday through Friday. Our own team makes every delivery, not a third-party courier. In our same-day ZIP codes, most orders placed in the morning arrive that afternoon, and refrigerated medications travel in an insulated cooler.
We give flu, shingles, RSV, COVID-19, travel and routine adult vaccines, with no prescription needed. Walk in during pharmacy hours or call ahead. Adults 18 and over can receive every vaccine we offer, and children 3 and over can get flu and COVID-19 shots. We check your coverage before vaccinating.
Transferring to us is free and takes one phone call. Give us your name, date of birth, the medications to move and your current pharmacy, and our pharmacist contacts your old pharmacy for you. Most transfers finish within 24 to 48 hours, and many the same day.
Request refills by phone, online, through the RxLocal app or at the counter. Most refills are ready the same day when the medication is in stock. Collect in store, by delivery, or with free curbside pickup during pharmacy hours. Free medication synchronization lines up your monthly refills to one date.

A pharmacist checks every order before it leaves, and we never leave medication unattended on a porch or in a mailbox. If nobody is home, we contact you to arrange a safe handoff. Patients across Wilson County also come to us for refills, compounding and vaccines. The same pharmacist knows you. Maryam Fikry, PharmD, is our pharmacist of record and is licensed by the Tennessee Board of Pharmacy. The pharmacist who fills your prescription is the one who answers when you call, and we follow up to make sure your medication is working for you.
Compounding made here. When a commercial medication doesn’t fit, such as a strength no manufacturer makes, a dye or filler you react to, or a child or pet who won’t take a pill, we prepare it in-house in Mount Juliet instead of shipping it in.

We contact your prescriber for a new authorization at no charge, and you don’t need an appointment. Approval usually takes one to two business days, and we let you know as soon as it arrives.

Yes, a family member or caregiver can collect it if they know your name and date of birth. For controlled or other restricted prescriptions, they need to bring photo identification.
