Faith & Healing Pharmacy is an independent pharmacy in Mount Juliet, and we deliver prescriptions to homes and businesses in Lebanon. We are not a Lebanon storefront; we bring your medication to you, so the drive across the county is ours rather than yours. Call 615-583-7575 to start.
Lebanon is the Wilson County seat, and it has grown fast from 38,431 residents at the 2020 census to an estimated 51,501 by 2024. That is roughly a third more people in four years, and pharmacy counters have absorbed a good deal of it. If you have noticed longer waits than you used to have or found yourself working through an automated phone system to reach a human being, the cause is volume rather than the people behind the counter.
We are a small independent pharmacy, which means the pharmacist who fills your prescription is the one who picks up when you call. Instead of asking you to drive west to collect, we deliver east to you. For a monthly maintenance medication that removes a round trip from your calendar twelve times a year, and for a household running several prescriptions, it removes considerably more.
Lebanon already has plenty of pharmacy counters. What it has fewer of is a pharmacist with the time to look at your full medication list and tell you something useful about it. That is the part we are actually competing on.
Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital is the sole provider of inpatient and outpatient medical services in Wilson County, with around 170 beds and more than 2,000 employees, making it one of the largest employers in the community. A great many prescriptions written in Lebanon originate there or at a Vanderbilt Health clinic nearby.
Your prescriber can send a prescription electronically to any pharmacy you choose, including ours. You do not need to collect it near the hospital, and you do not need to explain your choice to anyone at the practice. If a prescription has already gone to another pharmacy, we can usually move it. If it is a controlled substance that has not yet been filled, federal rules permit a one-time transfer at your request without your doctor rewriting it, which is useful when a medication is on backorder somewhere else.
Discharge prescriptions are worth a particular mention. Leaving the hospital with three or four new medications, some of which replace things you were already taking, is the moment a medication list most often goes wrong. If you bring us the discharge paperwork, a pharmacist will reconcile the new list against what you were on before and flag anything that duplicates or interacts.
Most Lebanon patients never need to visit for the transfer, and the delivery happens by phone. If you would rather come in and meet the pharmacist first, the drive is straightforward.
By Interstate
Take I-40 west and leave at Exit 226, Mount Juliet Road. Turn south onto Mount Juliet Road, then onto Adams Lane. We are at 151 Adams Lane, Suite 18.
By US 70
Lebanon Pike runs west from Lebanon directly into Mount Juliet, joining Mount Juliet Road near the center of town. Slower, but avoids the interstate entirely.
Parking
Free and immediately outside. The suite is on ground level and step-free.
What to Bring
Your insurance card and your current pill bottles, or photographs of the labels. That is enough for us to set everything up in one visit.
Delivery to Lebanon runs on our scheduled routes rather than on demand, so timing works differently than it does inside Mount Juliet.
Tell Us You Are in Lebanon
Call or send your refill request and tell us you are in Lebanon. We will tell you which run you are on.
We Fill & Check It
A pharmacist fills and checks the prescription and calls you first if there is an insurance or refill authorization problem.
Our Own Staff Delivers
A member of our own staff brings it to you. We do not hand your medication to a courier app.
Refrigerated, Hand-to-Hand
Refrigerated medications travel in an insulated cooler and go directly into your hands, never onto a porch.
We Contact You If Needed
If nobody is home, we contact you rather than leaving anything at the door.
Delivery is the reason most Lebanon patients find us, but it is rarely the reason they stay.
We compound non-sterile medications, which means we can prepare a formulation when the commercial product does not suit a different strength, a liquid instead of a tablet, or a preparation that leaves out an ingredient you react to. This is done in consultation with your prescriber and is worth asking about if you have been told your only option is to tolerate a medication as supplied.
We also give immunisations and can synchronise your refills so everything renews on one date rather than scattered across the month. For a patient on five medications, synchronization is often the single most useful thing we do, and it costs nothing.
You do not need to visit us to become a patient, and you do not need to call your current pharmacy. Give us your name and date of birth, the medications you want moved, and the name of the pharmacy holding them. Our pharmacist handles the rest by phone, usually the same day. Once the transfer is complete, we confirm that the original prescription has been cancelled at your previous pharmacy, which Tennessee rules require us to tell you.
We do not offer gift cards, rewards points, or cash for transferring, because Tennessee pharmacy rules do not permit pharmacies to incentivize a transfer. What we offer is a shorter wait and a pharmacist who knows your name.
An independent pharmacy in another town does not suit everyone, and it is better to say so plainly than to have you find out later.
If you need a prescription filled within the hour, a Lebanon counter will beat us on any given day we are scheduled for delivery, not an emergency service. If you rely on 24-hour or late-evening dispensing, we cannot match that either. And if your medication requires specialist handling that a retail pharmacy does not provide, we will tell you and point you toward the right provider rather than take the business.

Refill Synchronization
No. The whole process happens by phone. Call 615-583-7575, give us your details, and your first delivery can be arranged in the same conversation.
Sometimes, because Lebanon addresses sit on our longer routes rather than the immediate local run. Call and we will tell you which day and run you are on, so you can plan refills rather than guess.
Lebanon covers 37087, 37088, and 37090, and how far east we reach varies by day and by route. Call with your address and we will confirm in under a minute.
Tell us when you call. If same-day delivery to Lebanon is not possible, we will say so immediately and help you work out an alternative rather than leave you waiting on a delivery that will not arrive in time.
Yes. Your plan is billed exactly as it would be at any other pharmacy, and your copay is set by your plan and the medication rather than by which pharmacy dispenses it. We tell you your cost before we fill anything.
Yes. Tennessee rules permit delivery to a patient’s home or business. Give us the business name, the suite or floor, and the hours somebody is there to accept it.
